Top FBI agent Buddy looks exactly like Barton, the deceased patriarch of the Logut mafia family. He goes undercover as Barton to expose the family’s arms smuggling. Inside, he survives power grabs from Luca, probes from Barton’s stepmother Susanna, and uses their shared crescent birthmark to avoid exposure. He falls for Barton’s wife Elise, wins over bodyguard Haruko, and secures the San Francisco docks.
