The next Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) head must have integrity and efficient management skills to lead the state company and protect its funds, a Palace official said Wednesday.
Presidential spokesman Harry Roque listed down the qualities critical for the top PhilHealth official even though he admitted the position is not yet vacant.
