Manila police recover the body of a suspected leader of a syndicate responsible for the death of one of its own following an encounter in his home on Inocencio St. in Barangay 93, Tondo District in the morning of April 13, 2021. Lt. Col. Rosalino Ibay of the Manila Police District-Special Mayor's Reaction Team (MPD-SMaRT) said a warrant of arrest was to be served on Rommel Tiatco for the alleged murder of PSSg. Dranreb Cipriano. Tiatco was brought to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
