Severe weather warnings cancelled across Victoria while floods continue

Emergency services have rescued at least a dozen people from floodwaters in Traralgon, in Victoria’s east. Senior Meteorologist at the Bureau of Meteorology, Dean Narramore, says the threat has eased across much of the state.
