'Act now or Christmas in Kent is cancelled'

That's the strong message from Kent's Director of Public Health who says residents are starting to get complacent with the pandemic. Andrew Scott-Clark says we're at a tipping point with the virus and how people act over the next few weeks will determine what restrictions are in place at Christmas.
