Ramsgate port expansion plans drawn up to bypass Dover to Calais gridlock after Brexit

Ramsgate port could receive millions of pounds of funding thanks to Brexit.
The Government plans to plough nearly £200 million into the port as the UK prepares to leave the EU.
It is hoped new facilities could boost cross-Channel trade with Belgium and minimise any lengthy checks at Calais.
