00:00 So England have done it, they are in to the World Cup Final.
00:03 What a performance from them here against Australia.
00:06 We've been waiting all tournament, haven't we,
00:08 for that real statement performance from England.
00:09 The moment where they laid down that marker
00:11 and showed why people thought they could go all the way here
00:13 and I really think they did it here tonight
00:15 against Australia.
00:16 I thought they were brilliant for large parts of the game,
00:19 the way they managed it, the way they controlled it.
00:21 They showed all that tournament experience
00:22 that they've had over the past few years.
00:24 Obviously this is their third World Cup Semi-Final
00:26 and they finally got over that hurdle
00:29 and made it into the final.
00:30 And speaking to the players afterwards,
00:31 absolutely over the moon.
00:33 Even Serena Beegman, who's made four major finals,
00:36 saying it feels like a fairy tale for her.
00:37 And I think that's probably because of the journey
00:40 England have been on.
00:41 They've had so many issues coming into this tournament.
00:42 They've had player injuries, even during the tournament,
00:44 they've had setback suspensions.
00:46 And the way they've managed everything
00:48 and overcome all those hurdles really is impressive.
00:51 So many great performances tonight.
00:53 Ella Toon, a fantastic goal.
00:55 I think she'll be hoping to start on Sunday now
00:56 with Lauren James, even though she's back.
00:59 But Lauren Hemp and Alicia Russo up front,
01:00 what a combination those two have been.
01:02 And that's been a big shift for England
01:03 in this tournament, hasn't it?
01:04 They came in here with this sort of 4-2-3-1.
01:07 They've now shifted to playing 3-4-1-2
01:09 and those two strikers, Russo and Hemp,
01:11 the combination between them was great.
01:13 And I think when that second Russo goal went in,
01:16 you saw how Stadium Australia, all the life out of it,
01:18 which has been building all day to be honest,
01:19 Sydney's been brilliant,
01:20 been a sea of colour, green and gold.
01:23 But when that Russo goal went in,
01:25 it just silenced.
01:26 And for England now,
01:27 Sunday is an amazing, amazing game.
01:30 Spain, do not underestimate them.
01:32 I think obviously we know about their off-field issues,
01:34 which have caused problems,
01:36 but they've managed to rally together.
01:37 And we do know one thing on Sunday,
01:39 we will have a new name on that World Cup trophy.
01:42 And for everyone back home,
01:44 let's hope it's England.
