00:10 Metro Manila Development Authority or MMDA is issuing a fine of P1,000 for motorcycle riders who are being ticketed, especially those who have a disregarding traffic signs violation.
00:22 The agency also added that the bicycle lane is not a fast lane, so only those who have a bicycle can pass through here and not those who have a motorcycle.
00:34 The Senate is now recommending that motorcycle education be mandatory to ensure the safety of many motorists and to avoid any accidents.
