00:00 As the great Lorelai Gilmore once said, "Nothing says coffee like six o'clock in
00:04 the morning." The cult classic show Gilmore Girls is coming back for four 90
00:08 minute episodes on Netflix on November 25th. To get people pumped, Netflix has
00:12 turned 200 coffee shops all across the country into Luke's Diner for one day
00:17 only. In honor of the show's 16th anniversary, employees are dressing up in
00:21 flannel and Luke's aprons and yes, even Navy baseball caps. And the fan
00:26 experience seems to be pretty awesome. Basically after waiting and then
00:29 incredibly long line, you get a free small cup of coffee with a Luke sleeve
00:33 and you even get the chance to take a cell phone picture of the no cell phone
00:37 sign. And yes, you can take a selfie with Luke, which I'm sure he would love.
00:42 Hundreds and hundreds of people have gotten up early this morning and are
00:46 waiting in line for their chance to get a little taste of Luke's. Let's look at
00:49 some tweets. Tracy says, "Heard in Luke's Diner line, there are more people in line
00:54 than the population of Stars Hollow." That's really not hard, but I see what
00:58 you're doing there. Kate Stanhope says, "The line to get into
01:01 Common C in Beverly Hills for Luke's Diner pop up. People were waiting in line
01:05 as early as 10 last night." That is significantly more committed than I am.
01:10 And Jennifer Sinspey says, "Whoever at Netflix/their agency that thought of
01:14 the Luke's Diner promo should get a raise for 100% understanding what
01:17 millennial women want." It's true. All we really want is to be able to own a home,
01:22 get out of student debt, and drink coffee at a place that looks like something
01:25 from a TV show. For more trends like this go to whatstrending.com.
