00:39 Thanks to the Black Sea Grain Initiative, brokered by the Secretary General and Turkey,
00:44 approximately 33 million metric tons of grain reached global markets, driving down food
00:49 prices around the world.
00:51 Nearly two-thirds of the wheat exported through that deal went to developing countries.
00:58 Not only did Putin pull out of the deal, but Russia is now mining Ukraine's fields, bombing

02:49 But this has changed nothing for Russia in the United Nations.
02:52 However, these are the situations that have changed everything for the UN.
02:58 We should recognize that the UN finds itself in a deadlock on the matters of aggression.

03:09 When it comes to the defense of the sovereign borders of nations, world leaders are seeking
03:14 new platforms and alliances that could reduce the disastrous scope of problems, the problems
03:21 that are met here within these walls with rhetoric rather than real solutions, with
03:26 aspirations to compromise with killers rather than to protect lives.
03:31 Life should be defended uncompromisingly to ensure successful protection.
03:35 Mr. President, Mr. Secretary General, colleagues, the existing international order was based

04:58 Ukraine itself, the constitution which sets out the obligation of the state to respect
05:03 the rights of Russian and other national minorities.
