00:20 This is why we can see a cloudy weather with scattered rainfalls in Visayas, Bicol Region, Quezon, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Bangsa Moro.
00:33 Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon or the cold wind is still blowing in the large part of Luzon.
00:40 This is why we can expect a cloudy weather with weak rainfall in Cagayan Valley and Aurora.
00:48 Meanwhile, in Metro Manila and the lower part of Luzon, we can expect a cloudy weather with scattered rainfalls.
00:57 Meanwhile, in Davao Region and Soxargen, we can expect a clear weather with localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.

03:09 We are warning our fellow fishermen and those who have small fishing boats,
03:14 that it is dangerous to go to the so-called coastal areas.
03:19 We are expecting the next three days to be cloudy.
03:25 Here in Metro Manila, we can expect a clear weather.
03:29 But there is a difference. Here, by Thursday, we expect a clear weather, but we will experience light rain.
03:37 The Northeast monsoon will still continue.
03:39 But by Friday and Saturday, we expect a clear weather, but there are chances of localized thunderstorms, especially in the afternoon and evening.
