00:00 Hello, sir. So, my question is, the Pandavas had this something that was unifying them,
00:11 like a dharma, which was keeping them together. And then I see that at many moments in life,
00:19 we, even though we know that our karma is like, it's a very direct path to the truth.
00:26 But a lot of times the path gets very convoluted, like it gets like, it's a labyrinth. In those
00:35 states, how do you keep yourself aligned to that dharma? Because you also have to protect
00:42 yourself and you have to, so how do you maintain that balance? Or how do you keep yourself
00:50 aligned? Like, is it annoying? Is it emotional? It has to be a non-negotiable love. Essentially,
00:59 what you're asking is in one sentence, how to remain with Krishna even in times of difficulty.
01:06 Full stop. The thing is, the times keep changing. The situations rise and fall. But within I
01:23 have to live with myself. Living with myself would require the presence of a sacred center.
01:33 How do I live without that? One can live with bad air. One cannot live without lungs. You
01:47 can live without great air. Can you live without lungs? That's what the… Sometimes the air
01:57 is good, sometimes it is bad. Irrespective of how stuff is outside of you, inside of
02:04 you there needs to be health. Krishna is the name of that health and it has to be non-negotiable.
02:11 And it's a choice. You see, you have to make that commitment to yourself. Come what
02:16 may, certain things I cannot compromise on. And the list of those things cannot be too
02:23 long. Ideally that list should stop at one. If it can't stop at one, let it be three
02:29 or four things that you say that are very dear to you and you won't give up on them.
02:35 It's a choice. It's not a method that I can provide you. It's a choice. One cannot
02:43 give someone a method to fall in love. Can there be a method to love someone? No. It's
02:50 a choice that you make. You allow yourself to be captivated. You say, I have something
02:56 in front of me that's indeed very, very appealing. It's worth dying for. So I make a decision.
03:05 I make a very conscious decision that this is something I'll never part ways with. Why?
03:19 Because it's beautiful and I love it. Full stop. No other reason.
03:31 So actively making choices at MP.
03:34 Actively, consciously and remembering your choice. Revealing in your choice. Celebrating
03:40 your choice. Even when the conditions go bad, there must still be an inner celebration that
03:46 I'm a winner. The conditions were so bad I could have capitulated. I didn't. So I celebrate
03:53 within. And why only within? Throw a party if you can.
