France, Belgium back up ICC decision to seek arrest warrants for Hamas, Israeli leaders over war crimes

00:48and terrorist group Hamas. In addition, they hit on the ICC and warned of serious payback
00:54over its decision given the fact that the United States and Israel are not signatories
00:59to the Rome Statute and non-members of the ICC. Nonetheless, France and Belgium join
01:05a host of other countries in condemnation of Israel for its unforgiving war against
01:11Hamas and the Palestinians, of whom tens of thousands of innocent children and women have
01:16died, maimed, and forced into mass starvation by Israel.
