00:00In the middle of this case, the DOJ announced that a letter was distributed by the former Congressman Arnulfo Tevez Jr.
00:10to several international groups and even to the Holy Father of Catholic Rome
00:15against the unconstitutional justice system in the Philippines.
00:20Here is the center of the news from Louisa Erispe.
00:23After the former Congressman Arnulfo Tevez Jr. was shocked by the public
00:31and said that the former congressman was temporarily released from Timor-Leste,
00:35the DOJ seemed to be on fire in Tevez's camp because there was a new explosion.
00:43The DOJ said that a letter was distributed by Tevez's camp to the United Nations,
00:50Amnesty International, and other human rights groups,
00:53together with the Pope of Catholic Rome,
00:56to undermine the integrity of the justice system in the Philippines.
01:00The letter was written by Tevez's own hand,
01:03which included the unconstitutional hearing and judgment in the Philippine court.
01:09He also got a blowjob because he was afraid that the former congressman would be killed.
01:15But the DOJ said that Tevez was getting tired and that he was doing this to delay the process of the case.
01:23In one statement, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulia said that there was a real victim here
01:29and that Tevez should go home and face his cases in the Philippines.
01:33Remulia also argued that Tevez is a fugitive in the Philippines who has a murder case in the country
01:40and that this is what Tevez's camp should accept,
01:42together with his lawyer, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio.
01:46Remulia also challenged Topacio and said that if what they are doing is not a delaying tactics,
01:52why don't they submit to the DOJ the evidence that the former congressman's life is in danger.
01:58Meanwhile, Justice Undersecretary Raul Vasquez said that he will witness in the Timor-Leste Court
02:04the former Supreme Court Associate Justice Francis Jardalesa,
02:08Bureau of Corrections Director General Gregorio Catapang Jr.,
02:11National Amnesty Commission, and Presidential Human Rights Committee against Tevez.
