00:20At 9 p.m., the PAOK and PNP-CIDG came to the Department of Justice
00:26to file a complaint of human trafficking against suspended Bambang Mayor Alice Leal Go and Dennis Cunanan.
00:33The case of violation of RA 9208 or Anti-Trafficking in Person Act is the case of Go and Cunanan.
00:40The 13 other officers and incorporators of the three companies are also included in the case.
00:46This is still related to the illegal shooting at the HUB in Bambang, Tarlac.
00:50PAOK and PNP-CIDG brought the documents that they will give to the accused.
00:56This is multiple pieces of evidence that can be combined and considered as circumstantial evidence
01:03to show that there is probable cause to charge them.
01:08Just like the discovery that Go's real owner, ZUN U1 Technology, is the POGO HUB that was involved by the authorities.
01:16Evidence came out like the fact that he applied to the former POGO from the local government.
01:26His involvement in the lesser company also came out.
01:29It also includes other evidence like his name that was found in the documents that were found in the POGO compound.
01:37The case that will be filed is just human trafficking.
01:40But it is expected that there will be more cases that will be filed.

02:01but the DOJ is still processing the lookout bulletin for the suspended mayor that may be released next week.
02:08We cannot deny that anyone who is charged with a crime has a flight risk,

02:18But here, Mayor Go, hopefully, he will not fly because he and his representatives
02:25are saying that he is willing to face the allegations against him.

02:32He cannot just travel without a travel authority.
02:37But Iacat clarified that the complaint is not yet in the court and it will still go through the DOJ's process.
