00:00It's a perfect time of the year if you're a horse racing fan right now because you were
00:14talking about baseball.
00:15I just started doing my NFL team previews but that's that it's kind of that in between
00:20time and this is when the big summer racing meets are going on.
00:24We have Saratoga that's opening up just opened the other day this is opening weekend and
00:27then we'll follow suit next Saturday with Delmar next Saturday is also Haskell Day but
00:32this weekend on Saturday we have the Diana the grade one Diana and a fantastic card at
00:37Saratoga.
00:38I've got a few best bets for you and some plays throughout the day and the big race
00:42of today is the Diana.
00:44So that's the grade one Diana that's going to be the future race that's going to go as
00:47race number 10 and what's crazy about that race Kevin we have six horses in that field
00:53they all face each other the last time they raced and they were and they were separated
00:58by only two links.
01:00So what that tells us we have a really evenly matched group and it just is going to come
01:04down to the trip that they get it becomes a real riders race in that situation.
01:09What I like to do I look for the horses who may have had some sort of a trouble trip last
01:13time maybe something impacted them there was a reason why they didn't get the job done
01:17or why they maybe ran a little bit poorly there.
01:20That was the case with Coppice.
01:22If you watch that race that Coppice was in last time the number two this is a horse that
01:26just never had an opportunity to run never got a chance.
01:29I think this is the value play in the race the horse to beat is Didya.
01:33So for a lot of people out there they might be playing an Xacta maybe they're playing
01:37a pick four or a pick five.
01:39Those are a couple of horses that I would use in that race in the future today the Diana
01:43Coppice and Didya those are a couple for me and as you see we have some plays all throughout
01:48the card Kevin the first big stakes race is going to come in race number two.
