00:23health condition. As a response, Sana'a authorities sent specialized doctors to the
00:29vessel to carry out the needed medical procedures. Unfortunately, regarding the release of the said
00:35Filipino crew, the Sana'a government responded that this will all depend on external decisions
00:41but manifested that negotiations and discussion are plausible and their release is possible.
