00:00The year 2024 was a very good year when compared to 2023,
00:07but when we presented a resume of 2023,
00:12we said it has been a very good year relating regarding 2022.
00:17So, the resources have increased,
00:20especially methodology.
00:22First of all, we need to define the areas in which we are going
00:25to invest resources, public services, health, electricity,
00:32something that has borne from the reality of our people.
00:35And there, this method that you have applied
00:38after consultations carried out in 2024,
00:41both consultations have been successful.
00:45And the popular power can say,
00:47mission accomplished, President Maduro.
00:49And what is waiting for 2025 is growth, is development,
00:54and to consolidate everything we have and looking for new paths.
00:59In 2024, we executed practically all of the projects,
01:04almost 12,000 projects, 11,900 projects,
01:112,900 between governorates and town halls.
01:18The one of town halls reached 78%,
01:24and the projects financed in the first and second consultation
01:29reached 100% of execution.
01:33So, the resources were allocated on time
01:37and invested in the case of the popular consultations
01:41and assemblies where the projects were presented
01:45and then elected, but also something relevant,
01:50which is the process of analyzing the resources received.
01:57So, what you were saying about the popular power
02:01using better the resources with transparency,
02:05because we are renting accounts in a very important way,
02:08reaching over 80%,
02:11and this is a marvelous method to consolidate popular democracy.
02:15Then, what has to do with areas in the first
02:19and second popular consultation,
02:23the project that was financed the most was related to water,
02:28and the second to viability.
02:32If we compare it to the Federal Council of Government,
02:36the second sector was water.
02:38So, we see a conclusion between this body,
02:41which is the Federal Council of Government,
02:43the regions, governorates, town halls,
02:46and popular powers.
02:48These are the same areas for investment
02:51and where we have had an extraordinary execution.
02:56So, President 2024 has closed with extraordinary numbers,
03:01and I want to congratulate the Secretary
03:05of the Council of Government, who has been there.
03:11And in 2025, President,
03:14the numbers will be of growth relating 2024.
