00:09The Beasley team has designed Shoutback to allow station listeners to interact and give real-time feedback to on-air personalities and DJs.
00:18Listeners can use their smart speakers and other devices, such as Android Auto, to relay their message.
00:24On-air DJs are able to access the incoming feedback or responses from listeners in the Shoutback dashboard.
00:31Not only is this a great tool for stations to get practically instantaneous feedback, but also a fantastic way for our audiences to connect with us.
00:40Let's take a look with a realistic example.
00:43Alright, this is the best part. This is where we find out if you think Brian was cheating on his wife.
00:49He says that it was lipstick left on a glass from her.
00:52Or she thinks it's someone else's lipstick on the glass.
