00:00What is the Eucharist?
00:03Speaking of the Eucharist and remembering the greatness of this sacrament and its names,
00:08You should know that this is also known as the Holy Sacrifice.
00:12In it we relive the one sacrifice of our Lord Jesus.
00:16His surrender on the cross is made once again there, present.
00:20But we also know it as communion.
00:23When you approach to receive the body and blood of Christ, you don't eat just anything.
00:29You are actually eating their body and their blood.
00:32You are eating God, who wanted to stay there, present, for you.
00:37But we also know it as Holy Mass.
00:39And we call it that because it ends with the shipment.
00:43All of us, at the end of our celebration, are sent out to live what Jesus has asked of us in our daily lives.
00:51Do not turn away from this wonderful sacrament.
00:54And share with those you love what you have also discovered.
00:57Let's continue talking about the Eucharist.
