00:00Hello dear brothers and sisters! Father Ernesto María Caro is with you again.
00:16I was commenting in my last reflection on this tremendous, wonderful quote from the book of chronicles,
00:24in chapter 7, the second book of chronicles, in verse 14, where he tells us about the people
00:31who calls on the name of the Lord. Brothers, this is our people. You are part of this people.
00:39You who are watching me, you who are baptized, you are part of God's people.
00:46But perhaps you are part of this people who have turned away from God. Perhaps you are part of this people
00:52as was once the people of Israel, who have abandoned prayer, who have abandoned
01:00worship, which has abandoned being guided by the word of God, which has abandoned the
01:07fasting, which has led to abandoning the spiritual life. And that is why you and I, when we stop observing
01:16The word is, when we stop having a spiritual life, everything in society becomes complicated.
01:24And that is why the Lord says, if this people, who are my people, who bear my name, humble themselves,
01:33Pray and seek my face, I will hear you. And today we need God to hear our cry.
01:41of the people. I don't know if you find the situation we live in today pleasant.
01:49Lack of employment, the violence I've been talking about, situations of perversity.
01:57We live in a truly terrible world.
02:00Do you agree with this world? Is that the world you want for yourself, for your
02:08children, for future generations. That is the situation we hope for in the future.
02:15of our country, a country without children, a country of people who are on this issue of ideology
02:22A person of this gender can come to believe they are anything: a giraffe, a plank, or anything else.
02:26The kind of thing he imagines it to be. That's the kind of country you want, brother.
02:33We must return to God. If we return to God, God will repent of what is happening.
02:39Because this is not that God is punishing us, but simply, as the letter to the Romans says,
02:46He has left us at the mercy of our hearts. And so we do what we shouldn't.
02:51And then we are governed by these passions that seek profit, power, pleasure, and
03:02that for this it doesn't matter if it's necessary to kill, steal, or do anything else that needs to be done
03:08Do it. You and I suffer from it. And if we don't change today, future generations will suffer from it.
03:16That is why it is time to return to God, so that God may once again hear the voice of this people.
03:23and we can return to a peaceful and serene civic life.
03:29I'll see you in our next segment because it's time to speak clearly and return to God.
03:46Thank you.
03:47Thank you.
