00:00There are different formulas that you can use in Microsoft Excel. And in order to go ahead and
00:10access out those formulas, you can actually go around over here onto the formulas tab. So here
00:16in the beginning, you got the insert function, which allows you to go ahead and add in different
00:21functions right here. Apart from that, you can actually see this auto sum recently used formula
00:26where you can go ahead and access the recent use formulas. There's financial formulas and you can
00:31see a list of it right here. There's logical formulas, text formulas right here. There's
00:36date and time right here, as you can see right here. Like for example, there's today. So let's
00:41just go ahead and click and press OK. Then it actually adds in today's date. As you can see,
00:47there's lookup and reference formulas, math and trigger formulas right here, and more functions,
00:52as you can see right here. So you can actually see like which of these does what right here. You can
00:59experiment out with them to be more familiar with it. Of course, in this course, we cannot actually
01:05go ahead and cover up everything, but we are going to go ahead and cover up the important ones that
01:10are necessary. So you can see that this is what you have right here. For example, in the text, you can
01:16see that there's upper text right here. So let's just go around and see simple right here, just like
01:21this. So now I want to change it into an upper case. So I'm going to go around over here onto
01:27text, and you can actually see that there's upper as an option right here. So now it tells me to take
01:34the text as a reference. So let me just go around and click A4 right here, press OK, just like this,
01:40and it turns this text into uppercase, as you can see. So if I were to go around and type in tutorials
01:46right here, then it converts that into uppercase right here, just like this, as you can see right
01:54here. If I were to add in a space, then it adds in that space around over there as well. And that is
01:59simply how you can access out formulas in tabs in Microsoft Excel and then use it as necessary. So I
