00:05key figures including former House Speaker Martin Normualdez and former Congressman Zaldico are expected to be invited.

00:20Daniel Manalastas tells us more.
00:21The list of the sum of the names to be invited to the next Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing regarding the flood control scandal
00:30include former House Speaker Martin Normualdez and former lawmaker Zaldico, as confirmed by Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson.
00:40Although we will invite him through Speaker Boji D, wala naman talagang direct na pag-implicate sa kanya
00:51accept yung statement ng Gutesa, but we will give him the opportunity to respond.
00:58Yung kay Congressman, ex-Congressman Zaldico will send the invitation doon sa kanyang established na residence.
01:05Senate President Tito Soto said there is a possibility he'll meet Romualdez in the coming days.
01:11But he has yet to receive information if Romualdez will attend the next hearing.
01:16Hindi, pinag-iisipan lang namin, pinag-iisipan lang namin na kung iimbitahan baka pwedeng diretsyo imbitahin or through Speaker Boji.
01:27So siguro mas maganda kung diretsyo namin siyang iimbitahin, di ba?
01:31Ganoon lang yun.
01:32To talk about the Blue Ribbon hearing, because yun yung pinag-iisipan natin yan dahil may mga gustong maimbita sila, so yun ang initiative doon.
01:43However, Soto clarified that there are no concrete info yet and what they have so far are all just initiatives.
01:51He also maintained the stand of inter-parliamentary courtesy between two houses of Congress.
01:57But as to former Representative Ko, they can freely invite him since he is no longer a House Solon.
02:04Soto also was asked about his Senate colleagues being implicated to the flood control mess.
02:10We have yet to see how it evolves.
02:16Balita pa lang yun eh.
02:18We'll cross the bridge when we get there.
02:20Basta there are legal means, there are ways.
02:23For now, Soto said, Senate is busy with their work and their priority, the proposed national budget.
