02:06It has a good record of disarming these groups.
02:09So if the Palestinian Authority is enabled from working in Gaza,
02:13there can be an agreement with Hamas on making Hamas hand in all its weapons to the Palestinian Authority
02:19once there are international guarantees for Israel not coming back to attacking Palestinians in Gaza.
02:25But Israel doesn't want to give us this card, the card of withdrawing from Gaza and promising to not come back.
02:32So if we can give Hamas the guarantee.
