The cost of PVC has jumped by more 30% with ongoing conflict in the Middle East disrupting supply chains for the materials needed to make it. It's led to a shortage of the product, which is crucial for the building industry, as well as plumbers and irrigators who say they'll be forced to pass on the costs to consumers.
