00:00Tom Sandoval's legal battle with girlfriend Victoria Robinson has taken another dramatic turn
00:05after a judge ordered both Robinson and her father to move out of the former Vanderpump Rules star's home.
00:11And now newly surfaced video appears to show Sandoval shoving Robinson's dad into a lit fire pit during a heated
00:18confrontation.
00:19The latest development comes just weeks after Victoria Robinson was arrested on June 3rd
00:23following an alleged violent altercation with Tom Sandoval.
00:27According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval claimed the incident began after a night of drinking
00:32when he got into an argument with Robinson's father, Will Robinson.
00:37Sandoval alleged Will grabbed him and punched a hole in a spare bedroom
00:40where the reality star said he had barricaded himself because he feared for his safety.
00:45Sandoval further claimed that Victoria then entered the room and punched him in the face, causing injuries to his neck
00:50and ear.
00:51He alleged the blow left his vision blurry and said he suffered bruising, bleeding, and lingering mouth pain.
00:57The reality star also claimed that throughout their relationship, Victoria had physically abused him on multiple occasions,
01:03alleging she punched him, struck his neck, threw a full Gatorade bottle at him, and verbally assaulted him.
01:09Despite her arrest, Sandoval claimed he accepted a phone call from Victoria while she was in jail,
01:14and even helped her mother financially with bail, writing in court documents that he deeply regrets that decision.
01:20Sandoval also alleged that Victoria and her father, Will, continued living in the Los Angeles rental home that he pays
01:26for,
01:27forcing him to stay in hotels and with friends because he feared returning.
01:30Now, a judge has granted temporary restraining orders against both Victoria and Will.
01:35According to documents obtained by Page Six, the pair have been ordered to immediately move out of Sandoval's home
01:40and stay at least 100 yards away from him, his residence, workplace, and vehicle.
01:45The temporary restraining orders remain in effect until a hearing is scheduled for July 16th.
01:50Adding another twist to the case, shocking video that reportedly surfaced online Thursday
01:55appears to show Sandoval confronting Victoria and Will Robinson on the deck of the home.
02:00In the footage, Sandoval repeatedly accuses the daughter of recording him before appearing to grab for her phone.
02:06When her father steps in, Sandoval appears to shove him backward, sending him over a lit fire pit.
02:12Will can then be heard yelling,
02:14Keep giving me the f***ing fire pit!
02:16before chasing Sandoval back into the house.
02:19The couple's relationship, which began in 2024 following Sandoval's split from Ariana Maddox,
02:24has been marked by public ups and downs, including a brief cheating accusation from Victoria last year
02:30that she later retracted.
02:32Now, with restraining orders in place and a court hearing set for July 16th,
02:36the legal battle appears far from over.
02:39the point in the faze is her.
