00:00We are abstained to this resolution because we refuse to create a hierarchy between the crimes against humanity,
00:10and to put in competition the sufferings that these abominations and crimes continue to provoke today.
00:19So by a work of memory and truth that we want to create the conditions
00:25to build a common future with the countries who have been victims of these crimes,
00:30but also to avoid that slavery, in all its forms, could one day resurgence.
