00:00This is the Alfa Giulia Quadrifoglio, a super sports sedan with over 500 brake horsepower.
00:06I've just driven it in the Targa Classica over the last couple days, Australia's best
00:10road driving event.
00:12It's five things that I've learned to love about it.
00:14And at number one, it's the design and this pain job.
00:17I cannot say how many people came up to me and complimented me on this car during this
00:22event.
00:23It is gorgeous by design, but the colour just really sets it off.
00:26And then at number two, when you walk around the car, there's so much substance here.
00:30Carbon fibre bonnet, carbon fibre roof, carbon fibre front lip, side skirts, and then at
00:37the rear, carbon fibre wing.
00:39And at number three, it's the way that all these things come together to create a car
00:42that's perfectly balanced.
00:44Yes, it has a 2.9 litre V6 with over 500 horsepower, but it also weighs just over 1600 kilos,
00:49so
00:49it's lightweight by today's standards.
00:51And it comes with 50-50 weight distribution, so this is a real driver's car.
00:55And then at number four, we're going to jump inside because this car is super comfortable
00:59for two reasons.
01:00Number one, it's these carbon fibre bucket seats that just seem to fit.
01:04So many seats these days are just overly aggressive and uncomfortable.
01:07They would not be suited to a road driving experience like this.
01:11And then at number two, it's this knob down here.
01:13It's the DNA drive mode selector.
01:15And when you switch it over here into race, you can adjust the suspension.
01:18So you can have the hardest settings with a moderate suspension, and it's perfect for
01:22these Australian back roads.
01:23And then at number five, it's the way this 2.9 litre twin turbo V6 sounds.
01:27It's cheekily a Ferrari V8 with two cylinders lopped off, and it sounds outstanding.
01:35So that's it for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio.
01:38You guys let me know what you think of it down in the comments, and please let me know where
01:41you would drive this car.
