00:00Four Pillars just collabed with Loon and made a croissant flavoured gin.
00:03This thing was distilled with the same butter that Loon uses,
00:07so it's supposed to be super smooth and a bit sweet. Let's try it in an amaretto sour.
00:12First up, pour 40 ml of that croissant gin into a cocktail shaker.
00:17Add 50 ml of almond syrup, 10 ml of amaretto, 25 ml of lemon juice
00:26and 20 ml of aquafaba. Now dry shake. Add ice and shake again.
00:45Now finally strain into a glass and add ice.
