00:00And now, the WWF Boot of the Week, brought to you by Lugz.
00:04Go eye to eye in the boots and shoes rugged enough to take the heat.
00:08Boots with an attitude.
00:09That's Lugz.
00:13Wait a minute.
00:15He's a fighter.
00:16A fighter.
00:18Take him down.
00:19My God, The Rock can't believe that.
00:21Oh, no.
00:22My God, it's the Undertaker.
00:24Oh, no.
00:25What a touchdown.
00:26Undertaker, a touchdown.
00:28Came to hell.
00:30Kurt Angle has Triple H crazed.
00:33Angle said he Triple H off the deep end.
00:35And there's The Undertaker.
00:37The Undertaker rides into action next.
00:39Undertaker, Chris Benoit.
00:41Number one contender status on the line.
00:44Could it be Benoit's last ride next on SmackDown?
01:02The Undertaker has a shot to become number one contender for the worst WWF Championship.
01:16This is really big, Michael.
01:17This is really big, Michael.
01:19The Undertaker has a shot to become number one contender for the second event.
01:21The Undertaker is going against Chris Benoit and his son, who is the number one contender for the second event.
01:27Oh, my God.
01:28The Undertaker fresh off an emotional, physical war at SummerSlam against his brother Kane.
01:35And did you see The Undertaker coming down Sunday night?
01:38Carrying on his foot.
01:40Kane's ripped mask from SummerSlam like a scalp hanging from the motorcycle.
01:45Oh, yeah.
01:46He held it over his head to the final thing.
01:48But he actually called to his brother Kane the WWF title.
01:52He's taken up the title, Michael.
01:54There's a lot of personal issues in the WWF.
01:56But nothing that's big is being the WWF Champion.
02:02No doubt about it, Kane.
02:03And here comes The Undertaker's opponent.
02:05A man who's been close to the promised land once before.
02:10Will determine the number one contendership for the World Wrestling Federation Championship.
02:15And the only waiters from the number one contender is by Pinball or Submission.
02:20Making its way to the race from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
02:23Weighing in at 225 pounds, Chris Benoit.
02:28Well, you heard the announcement, Kane.
02:29This matchup can only be won by Pinball or Submission.
02:32And look at the intensity in the face of Chris Benoit as he starts to match off against The Undertaker.
02:37Well, Benoit knows what it's like to be announced as the WWF Champion.
02:41You know, he actually won the WWF title at one time.
02:44He didn't win it.
02:44He got fully loaded.
02:46They thought he won it.
02:46He did not.
02:47And now The Undertaker.
02:49The Undertaker.
02:50Oh!
02:51And a strike by The Undertaker.
02:53It'll be Benoit.
02:54Middle of the match.
02:55The Raw power with a clothesline from The Undertaker.
02:58All that intensity from the Ravidus Wolverine.
03:01That beat you much right now.
03:02Cover by The Undertaker.
03:03Hooks to leg two.
03:04And a kick out.
03:05Number one contender status on the line in this matchup.
03:08We talked to Chris Benoit backstage.
03:12Can Benoit tell you he believes he should be the World Wrestling Federation Champion?
03:17He believes he had The Rock defeated over a month ago.
03:20Everybody wants a piece of The Rock.
03:22Everybody wants what The Rock has.
03:24The WWF title.
03:25And Benoit for sure does.
03:27But not any more than The Undertaker wants.
03:30Undertaker whipped across the ring by perhaps the best technician in the World Wrestling Federation today.
03:34Chris Benoit.
03:35And look at Benoit go to work on the much larger Undertaker.
03:38Oh, look out.
03:38If one thing doesn't work for Benoit, he'll go to something else.
03:41And I suggest you go to something else right now.
03:43Look at the strength of The Undertaker.
03:46He's going to see Benoit like a sack of potatoes into the corner.
03:50The Undertaker wants to become number one contender.
03:53Benoit wants to become number one contender.
03:55You hit it on the head, King.
03:56Well, I'll tell you what, Benoit.
03:58The World Wrestling Federation Champion means everything to these superstars.
04:01You know what Benoit is going to have to do in this match?
04:03Some kind of way he's going to have to get The Undertaker off the beat.
04:06There you go.
04:07Go for those legs.
04:08You saw The Undertaker jam his knee in that turnbuckle.
04:10And now Chris Benoit, the technician he is, going to work on that knee of The Undertaker.
04:16Boy, Benoit ever senses any sort of weakness, any part of your body.
04:20We have to believe The Undertaker's knee is still bothering him, King,
04:22after that vicious attack of the hands of Shane McMahon a few weeks ago with that finger block.
04:27Benoit, you don't have time to argue with the referee.
04:29You're going to have to stay on The Undertaker if you want to be the number one contender.
04:33And Chris Benoit in control, the master technician.
04:37Here's the cover.
04:38Look out.
04:39Cooks the leg.
04:39Benoit almost had a three count.
04:41Excuse me while I tell these Tarheelians.
04:43He does not suck.
04:46Benoit with the right hand, the forearm now,
04:48to The Undertaker, and Benoit is in control.
04:52Now look at Chris Benoit.
04:54Just retching at the knee of The Undertaker.
04:56Oh, man.
04:57Slamming it into that man.
04:59I'll tell you, there's one way to take down The Undertaker.
05:01It's get him off his feet.
05:02Now he's the same size as Chris Benoit.
05:05Well, you got that right.
05:05And especially when sits The Undertaker.
05:08He has a history of having bad wheels there.
05:10And Benoit's taking advantage.
05:12Look at this.
05:13Benoit shows no fear, King.
05:14And the big thing about Benoit, he has no compassion.
05:17He's cold-hearted.
05:18He can't care less of him.
05:19Rips The Undertaker's knee right out of socket here.
05:22When's the last time you saw a compassionate Wolverine?
05:24I just wish Shane McMahon was here to see this.
05:27Well, who knows when we're going to see Shane McMahon carrying it.
05:29Shane McMahon, of course, pushed 50 feet off that scaffolding
05:33by Steve Blackman at SummerSlam in a hardcore championship match.
05:38And The Undertaker knocking Benoit out of the ring.
05:41Bruce Shane is convalescing, and you had your doubts about where Stephanie was.
05:45You found out that Stephanie was at Shane's bedside in the hospital all night.
05:49Well, at least that's what she's saying, King.
05:51And I guess we've got to give her the benefit of the day.
05:53Her husband Triple H in a Triple Thrip match later on tonight
05:56against Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerrero.
05:57And speaking of Triple H, we just saw him lose it.
06:01Back in the locker room area.
06:02It's important to that rack.
06:04Kurt Angle stirring the pot once again.
06:06You're going to have to calm down.
06:08I've never ever tell you, you can't say anything nice.
06:11Benoit whipped into the ropes.
06:12Look out, Undertaker.
06:14Oh, my.
06:15Benoit's in trouble.
06:19Oh, man.
06:20That's it.
06:21Cover him, Undertaker.
06:22You'll be the number one contender.
06:24Pinfaller submission in this matchup.
06:26The only one to become number one contender, Chris Benoit.
06:30The other person who wants to give him that...
06:32And the rabid Wolverine is about to go for the...
06:36It's Kane.
06:38It's Kane.
06:39It's Kane under there.
06:40It's Kane.
06:41The Undertaker's for Kane.
06:43Attacking The Undertaker.
06:48Every time from the back.
06:49But I'm called for enforcement.
06:52He's the entire man here.
06:53Kane is...
06:55And look at Kane.
06:57Kane going after Benoit.
06:58I mean, you know, Kane is cracking.
07:02Benoit had a chance at being the number one contender.
07:04Well, it cost The Undertaker that chance as well.
07:06That's why they're both on Kane.
07:08The Undertaker wants Kane.
07:10The Undertaker wants Benoit.
07:13And look at Kane.
07:14Kane's still upset that The Undertaker cost him the WWF title on Raw.
07:19But Kane, is it more than that for Kane?
07:21I don't know, but the referee has got to...
07:23He's totally a huge cover.
07:24Look at this.
07:25Come on.
07:26Now Benoit and Kane are working together.
07:28Double-teaming The Undertaker.
07:30The Undertaker is going to be on this ring with a bounce ring.
07:32And you're going to see the man.
07:35And you're going to see the man.
07:36And comes The Rock.
07:37The Rock got his way to the ring.
07:39The Bravo Bowl.
07:40The WWE Champion.
07:42That went away at Benoit.
07:44The Rock.
07:45The Bravo Bowl.
07:47Just bring it here.
07:48The Rock.
07:48Look out, Benoit.
07:50The Rock and Undertaker, Queen House.
07:53Listen to the crowd.
07:58Who knew this match is over a disqualification?
08:03The Undertaker.
08:04Kane, no number one contender, decided here tonight on SmackDown.
08:09Kane wants more of The Undertaker.
08:12Benoit wants The Undertaker as well.
08:14I've got to tell you this.
08:16The Undertaker wants The Undertaker.
08:18Passes well, too.
08:19But Chris Bell, I've said Kane, goes to him a chance to become number one contender.
08:23The Undertaker, I've said as well.
08:25And Kane, the Bravo Bowl of the World, returning the favor of Monday night with The Undertaker.
08:32Does Kane, the World Wrestling Federation title.
08:40I'll tell you, I guarantee you, this blood issue between The Undertaker and Kane is far, far from over.
08:49Oh, my gosh.
08:50Look at that look on The Undertaker's face.
08:52He wants Kane, but he also wants what Rock has.
08:55The WWE title.
09:02Back on SmackDown, Kane Kane has cost both his brother, The Undertaker, and Chris Benoit, number one contender status for
09:09the World Wrestling Federation title.
09:11That's right.
09:11Kane came down well, right in the middle of this huge match, attacking his brother, The Undertaker.
09:16And then, well, the Rock, he returns the favor that The Undertaker did for him Monday night.
09:22He comes in and evens the score right here.
09:24Well, he's even the side.
09:26Yeah, return the favor, but the bottom line is this, Kane.
09:28When it comes to the WWE title, all bets are off.
09:31Everything.
09:32Everything.
