00:23worked 12 hours yesterday. I'm just gonna wake Charlie up. It's nearly 7.30. There's no excuse.
00:29It's Monday morning. We normally do homeschool from 9. Morning Charlie. Photo shoot day.
00:39Just nipped out this morning for a quick bike ride. It's one of my favourite things to do.
00:46It's a good way to relax. Especially with all the crazy that's happening today.
00:52I've chosen the treadmill today. Obviously it's a beautiful day. No excuse for not going
00:56outside other than I find this easier. So that's done. I'm gonna take a shower now.

01:06He's found his way downstairs and he's off fortnight. Which leads me to my next question.
01:10Would you like to do some Joe Wicks this morning or some exercise of any description?
01:15No thanks. Can I have breakfast though? Do you want some fuel?

01:58And yeah we're just waiting for James the photographer to arrive.
