00:00Rounds of storms continuing to target the central U.S. video from Wisconsin yesterday.

00:07There was an EF0 tornado confirmed.
00:09Storms rolled through, but tonight's threat takes us a bit farther to the south.
00:13We've been tracking those storms near the St. Joseph area, now pulling east of there in parts of northern Missouri.
00:20And some of these storms have been a bit noisier than others.
00:24As we look at some of the reports, most of the reports that have been filed are from a couple
00:27of hours ago.
00:28Earlier, there were 70-mile-per-hour gusts.
00:31Here's Garland, Nebraska, 70.
00:33And then we could see more recently 60-miles-per-hour in Beatrice, Nebraska.
00:39Since then, we haven't seen as many new reports filed as the storms have been still strong, but they may
00:46not be as intense as they once were.
00:48Still pretty nasty storms along I-35 northeast of Kansas City, moving into other areas here northeast of KC.
00:54We'll be watching for some additional flash flooding.
00:56We've seen flash flooding in various areas like Burlington, Iowa, and Des Moines County of Iowa.
01:00Also, into a narrow stripe here, we're dealing with some training thunderstorms.
01:04This is not a good situation here.
01:06Into the area near Rossville and Lafayette, Indiana.
01:09This is exactly what we don't want to see with training thunderstorms over an area where the ground is more
01:16than saturated.
01:17This could be a big problem here if this persists.
01:20And there is a signature that, again, would imply that this is likely to continue for a while because the
01:26storm motion is parallel to a front.
01:29There's not much to shove this southward.
01:31We're dealing with similar trouble here into Ohio from near Sydney to south of Wapakoneta into Delaware of Ohio.
01:37Flash flood warnings here into Delaware County.
01:39That's north of Columbus.
01:41And, again, big-time concerns there about flash flooding because it's been so, so wet.
01:46But as we move forward into the area around southeast Missouri and northern parts, northeast Arkansas and western Kentucky,
01:53we've got wind and flooding later tonight as a developing threat.
01:58We'll be watching that.
01:59Now, tomorrow, more rain into parts of Indiana and Ohio, mainly south of where the worst of it is right
02:05now.
02:05But then we have more thunderstorms up into the upper Midwest.
02:08So there are two separate disturbances here.
02:09The western one will spark some severe weather in Nebraska up into parts of Minnesota.
02:15Nebraska to Minnesota, eastern South Dakota, damaging wind and hail.
02:18We'll be watching for that.
02:20But another area is going to be down into the Ohio Valley.
02:23So here we go into the day tomorrow.
02:25The disturbance in the afternoon.
02:26Sioux Falls to Minneapolis.
02:28Some of them will be severe, but also some action pushing south through the Ohio River.
02:33The severe risk is going to be on Friday up into areas around Green Bay.
02:37And Chicago, on Friday afternoon and evening, we'll be watching for some of them.
02:41It's just a pretty active pattern here.
02:42So Friday, big zone of green in Wisconsin, down into northern parts of Missouri.
02:47And the severe risk, Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago, and also all the way west to Omaha and Des Moines on Friday.
02:53And then Saturday, it takes a step farther east.
