00:00These corn ribs are worth a million dollars. Mm-hmm. Starting with salt, chili
00:03powder, smoked paprika, ground pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and a
00:07little cayenne. Give that a stir and set it aside. Slice and quarter your corn
00:10cobs until you have the little ribs. Drizzle with olive oil and season it with
00:13about two-thirds of your spice mixture. Now you just want to make sure that you
00:16get the spice mixture in between all the nooks and crannies. Lay them out on your
00:19baking sheet. Now we're just gonna boil these on low for about five to ten
00:21minutes. Then broil on high for about five to seven minutes or until the
00:24kernel start turning brown. So now using your remaining spice mixture you're
00:27gonna add a little bit of mayonnaise and mix that together. Brush your
00:29mayonnaise mixture right on top. Now it's time to make it worth a million
00:32dollars. Starting with chopped silvered almonds, crumbled bacon, some grated
00:35parm, and some green onions. These already smell like a million bucks. Let's see how
00:38they taste. Mm-hmm. I can promise you you're gonna want to double the recipe
00:42because there's not gonna be any leftovers.
