00:00One actually surprising tidbit that I heard was that from Terry to this guy who's a CEO
00:06of an electrical contracting company I talked to, to an HVAC engineer I talked to, they
00:10all thought that AI was maybe a bubble or like probably a bubble.
00:13Yeah, that was interesting.
00:14That was really odd because even the people who are excited about this, who are making
00:18their money from it, they were like, yeah, like it does worry me that like the MAG7 hold
00:23like 50% of the stock market or like, yeah, it's a bubble, but we'll just move on to the
00:28next bubble.
00:29We'll diversify.
00:30And so I think one thing that was really clear to me was that folks in these communities
00:35far away from Silicon Valley, they are deeply unsure about how sustainable the AI boom is.
00:43And I think that really informs whether you're willing to take the bet on like a, again, a
00:47gigantic construction project that may not even start paying taxes until 10 years in the
00:52future is, well, I keep reading on the news.
00:54It's a bubble.
00:55I don't know if this technology is that helpful to my life.
00:58And if it's a bubble that makes the economic trade-offs very, very different.
