00:19I do think Skeens is going to be perfectly fine. It's just you can't fix something like this right now,

00:25It's not possible, you know, mechanics or weight or whatever it is that he needs to get settled.
00:30I think he's going to be a great buy low for everyone in betting and for fantasy next year.
00:35But for the rest of the season, my my thought is, Tom, is that the minute the Pirates are out,
00:41you're not going to see him pitch anymore.
00:43I don't know when that's going to be two weeks, three weeks. Pirates are not making the playoffs.
00:46But Skeens is not going to get fixed, I don't think. No, not in season.
00:51And this is I keep seeing this and looking back at and some of his underlying metrics, you know, he
00:56has a really good strikeout rate this year.
00:58You know, we're pushing 30 percent. Like he's really good in that area.
01:01He obviously is not good in a whole lot of other areas.
01:03So this is just once the offseason rolls around, get back to basics, figure out what needs to be done,
01:08tweak the mechanics, tweak the physique, whatever it's going to be.
01:12And he'll be totally fine when it's when it's all said and done.
