00:08earthquake. The measure covers the districts of Chumpi, Coracora, Polio,
00:13Aupa, Chuao and Carapo. Authorities report that at least three people were
00:18injured, 500 were affected and 83 homes were damaged. The declaration of a state
00:23of emergency will allow the regional government and municipalities to respond
00:27and rehabilitate the areas affected by the earthquake.
