‘HINDI BA ITO SCAM?’  Presiding Officer Francis “Chiz” Escudero ordered stricken from the record a remark by prosecution counsel Atty. Amando Ligutan questioning whether the Office of the Vice President’s handling of confidential funds was a “scam” or a form of deception involving public money. Ligutan said the way the funds were managed made it hard for the public to follow the documents and see where the money actually went. Escudero reminded Ligutan to use proper language in court.
