Senator-judge Raffy Tulfo on Monday, Aug. 24, criticized witness Gina Acosta for what he described as “stupid in the name of blind loyalty,” saying she followed orders without verifying them.  Tulfo questioned why Acosta did not press Col. Lachica after he showed her a list of informants bearing similar signatures. Acosta said she did question Lachica but did not pursue the matter after he told her the information was confidential.
