00:17If you pick the right location, and it's got to be, not every location is perfect for it, but you

00:24what it means for a community is jobs and lots of money and lower taxes.
00:29And the data centers now are mandated by me that they build their own electricity, so they're not taking it

00:36It's going to lower the electric cost because they're building electricity and the extra, as an example, we talked about

00:43I'm very proud of it.
00:45It was my idea.
00:46They're going to build their own electric producing facility.
00:49And that electricity that they have left over is going to the grid.
00:54It's going to lower the cost of electricity.
00:56So if I were a community, I would want the data center.
00:59It means jobs, it means income, and it means lower taxes.
