On Tuesday, August 25, Senate Impeachment Court Presiding Officer Francis “Chiz” Escudero noticed that the signature on a document dated September 16, 2022, looked different from her signature on a request letter for confidential funds dated August 22, 2022. OVP Assistant Secretary Lemuel Ortonio confirmed that Vice President Sara Duterte’s signatures on the two documents about confidential funds were different.
