00:00A bunch of frat brothers at Penn State have been arrested for allegedly running a cocaine
00:04dealing scheme through their fraternities, and the details from inside campus are crazy.
00:10Thirteen members of Sigma Chi and Delta Epsilon were arrested last week, and it's alleged that
00:14cocaine was a pretty prominent feature of their hazing rituals and that they also threw a ton
00:19of parties where it was plentiful. Students pledging in 2023 were made to package drugs
00:25into half gram bags for sale, according to court documents. And students at the 21,000 a year
00:32school said that it was just well known that this was part of fraternity culture, that if you went to
00:37parties, they may be cocaine or even MDMA themed, etc. And according to the AG who helped make these
00:43arrests, this was apparently a multi-state trafficking scheme. He said in a statement that it was a
00:48coordinated and highly profitable drug trafficking crew revolving around two senior members of the
00:53fraternities, other fraternity brothers, and their pledges.
