00:00I
00:30Elara Vansara, I, Caelan Aurelius, King of Silverheim, do hereby declare you guilty of high treason against the crown and
00:41the sacred bloodline.
00:47Long live King Caelan and Queen Seraphina. May the stars eternally bless their union.
01:00Long live King Caelan and Queen Seraphina.
01:05The downline, Lady. Her Majesty, the new Queen, requires it for alterations.
01:23She's still bleeding. Not our concern.
01:37Oh, Elara. I told them to give you a cloak. I s-
01:44Your crown, the size in the hall, gave me a headache. I had it all to the smell.
01:54Take care of yourself, sister.
01:58End of the line.
02:02I'll just say you cross it up.
02:19I did not look back again.
02:40I walked until I couldn't. Then the ground took me.
02:43The right took my magic. It took something warmer, too. I felt cleaned out. Hollow. She isn't going to get
02:52up. This is where she dies.
03:03Beneath my fingers, something flickered. Not magic. Older. Slower. Like the stone was dreaming.
03:20I had no magic left. But I still knew how to study a thing until it answered.
03:52This did not care about bloodlines. We cared about what things were made of.
03:56This did not care about bloodlines. We cared about what things were made of.
03:56And I could change that. Worthless to a kingdom that worshiped magic. Perfect. For me.
04:21I was told the proprietor here has exceptional hands. Lady Westfield recommended you. Lady Westfield is too kind.
04:32The new queen's people keep recommending some dreadful woman in the merchant court.
04:38I told my son. If Seraph Afanas's aesthetician is so talented, why did she still look so tired?
04:47Exhausted. Drawn. When she's gained weight, the queen must maintain certain standards.
04:52But Caelan doesn't listen to me anymore. He doesn't listen to anyone except her.
04:56I've had a great deal of practice. Have you ever treated anyone difficult? Scarred, perhaps? Someone who spent too long
05:08in an unforgiving climate?
05:09The wastes can be cruel to the skin. But with proper care, most damage can be addressed.
05:33Even now, if she does not have an unforgiving, she has a lot of people.
05:33She has a lot of people. They have a lot of people. And she has a lot of people.
05:34But when she had to be alone, she doesn't actually feel like a child or not.
05:34Oh, she has a lot of people. She has a lot of people.
05:43And she felt pretty much better and she felt pretty much better, so she wasn't there.
05:44The other people I remembered, she felt pretty much better.
05:57Five years of waiting and the first name finally moved
06:19Wake up
06:37You woke me
06:38Most people who wake me start with hello
06:40Then I eat them
06:49I recommend you read this first
06:51Clause 3, breach penalties
06:53This is a goldmine, perpetual output
06:57In perpetuity
06:58Clause 7, ownership transfers to you upon signing
07:00With quarterly disbursements adjusted for market fluctuation
07:03Market fluctuation?
07:05I don't believe in static pricing
07:06You're stranger than the last one who summoned me
07:08She wanted immortality, I hate her
07:11Immortality is a liability
07:13It devalues scarcity
07:22Ignis
07:22Don't call me dragon, I have a name
07:25And I have a schedule
07:27You leave for the city at dawn
07:28You're giving orders, to me?
07:30Clause 12, employment relationship
07:33You report to me
07:34I am 3,000 years old
07:36Then you should be very good at taking direction by now
07:51Where are we going, boss?
07:55Silver breast
07:56I have clients
07:58I have clients to attend
08:08He's been distant lately
08:09Kaylin, my husband
08:11He spends all his time in council meetings
08:13Trade disputes, grain shortages
08:16As if any of that matters more than
08:18I don't know why I'm telling you this
08:20You're very easy to talk to
08:22I'm honoured, your majesty
08:23Tell me
08:24Do you think beauty fades faster when a woman is unhappy?
08:30I think beauty is a matter of care, your majesty
08:32And care requires attention
08:35You sound like one of those philosophers
08:36The kind who say wise things while collecting your coin
08:39Do you know the story of the former queen?
08:42The one before me?
08:43I've heard rumours, your majesty
08:45She was pathetic
08:46Not evil
08:47Not tragic
08:48Just
08:50Small
08:50She thought love was enough
08:52She thought if she sacrificed enough
08:54He would choose her
08:54Do you know what her last mistake was?
08:56She left a ring
08:57A little iron thing
08:58Rusted, ugly
08:59He gave it to her when they were children
09:00When they stripped her for exile
09:02She was still holding and let go
09:03Can you imagine?
09:04Clinging to scrap metal
09:04While they dragged you at her own coronation
09:06No, your majesty
09:07Pathetic
09:08I would never let a man reduce me to that
09:33I held it when they took my gown
09:36I held it when they pushed me into the wastes
09:43I kept holding it because I did not know how to stop
09:59The office above the atelier was the only room I kept locked
10:05Not for secrecy
10:07Because it was mine
10:13I looked at her and did not recognise her
10:16Then I did
10:17I want to see a world without magic
10:19You and me
10:21Ordinary
10:22Just once
10:23You're not ordinary
10:24You're not ordinary, Allura
10:24That's why I love you
10:32Three seconds
10:33That was all I gave it
10:39Pathetic
10:54Pathetic, she called me
10:56She had no idea she confessed everything with my hands on her skin
11:03Your window was lit
11:07I was working
11:09At this hour?
11:12Bookkeeping
11:15There's tea
11:16In your room
11:17I had the kitchen send it up
11:18I didn't ask for tea
11:19No, you didn't
11:21The one called Serafana
11:22I've met a thousand like her
11:24They all end the same way
11:25How
11:25Forgotten
11:28The tea was still warm
11:52The sacred flame shall reveal
11:55All truth
11:56Let the blessed dust cleanse deception from this hallowed space
12:04Your majesty
12:05As queen and vessel of the sacred bloodline
12:07Do you offer yourself to the flame's judgment?
12:09I do
12:10And do you swear
12:11Upon the light eternal
12:13That the gift of glorious fealty within you
12:14Is true and pure
12:15A blessing
12:16Fowed by the stars themselves?
12:17I swear it
12:20Then let the flame witness your words
12:24And let any falsehood be

13:04Wanted a pure air so badly
13:06He would believe anything
13:08I just had to stand there
13:10And let him
13:11The sacred flame has spoken
13:13Serafina Lumina
13:15You have deceived this holy institution
13:17This kingdom
13:18And the stars themselves

15:24At the cathedral
15:27Leave
15:42He had not thought about me

15:45It was sacrifice
15:46Duty
15:47Necessity
15:48Now the door
15:48In his mind was open
15:49And the woman
15:50On the other side
15:50Owned seventy-three percent
15:51Of his debt
15:52It was the same crown
15:53The same one he lifted
