01:39with the story this was the moment unsuspecting uber driver anthony baines was suddenly called to
01:46duty baines was sitting at a stop sign earlier this month his dash cam rolling as a shirtless
01:53man raced by with two houston police officers in hot pursuit one officer breaking from the chase
02:00heading in his direction hey give me right over there please jumping into the uber and telling
02:07baines to hit the gas go go go go at one point stopping to pick up another officer
02:15what was going through your mind uh honestly once again it felt like a action movie so i literally
02:21visualized me being that driver in that moment and just kind of was running on the drilling
02:28the impromptu police uber lasted several minutes baines says
02:34houston police tell our affiliate kprc officers were trying to detain a man accused of threatening
02:40to shoot a woman and her children and that the suspect ultimately got away they declined to say
02:46if the officer's actions violate department policy absolutely i mean once again um three people in a
02:54car two people signed up to be put in these very situations and are getting paid to be in those
03:01situations dangerous situations dangerous situations still baines says he's hoping for five stars for the

08:49down anyone and they did a search warrant served at his hazel park home last week and arrest now six
08:55felonies for heron he's facing six counts of malicious destruction of property for your felonies

12:55um you know we're outside of like a little bit of a neighborhood in a lawsuit filed last month the
13:00store says the county initially told them they could open we did see a certificate of compliance from the
13:04county at the store dated from late april honestly i don't feel any type of way about it being here
13:10it doesn't bother me i know there's a lot of families so it might be upsetting them more than it
13:14upsets people like me in fort ben county's guidelines for being a sexually oriented business
13:19a business is categorized as an adult bookstore if its primary purpose is the sale of instruments
13:24devices or paraphernalia used for specific sexual activities but the lawsuit against the county says
13:30this adam and eve is part of a new concept that emphasizes lingerie and that devices are not the
13:35store's primary inventory i talked to county attorney bridget smith lawson on monday she told me she passed
13:41my number along to the chief of her office's regulatory division now days and multiple reach
13:46outs later i still haven't heard back i'll give me your number operating as the litigation plays out
13:52so there's several things here um first of all like what does it matter you if you say you're
13:57going to sell more lingerie it is it is we know that it what it sells and what its purpose

14:03don't sell that type of stuff we just said we focus on lingerie but on the other hand like okay
