00:09The unfolding story is at the center of the fallout between San Fernando East MP Brian Manning and former members
00:15of the PNM's San Fernando East Constituency Executive.
00:19Sources confirmed that one of the apartments was purchased at the St. Andrews Luxury Condo Resort in Broward County, Florida,
00:26at the exact building that another former executive member had purchased the unit, as highlighted by TV6 News last night,
00:33for an identical price of $187,000.
00:37Today, TV6 News attempted to contact both executive members by phone, but got no answer.
00:43We even sent them questions pertinent to the state of the properties, which they read, but neither chose to respond.
00:50Questions were also sent to the second executive member about this property in Lauder Hill, Florida, where, according to documents
00:57seen by TV6, they had a registered business operating during the period of COVID,
01:01and purchased this property for, coincidentally, the sum of $187,000 as well, before it was later resold.
01:10But the executive member refused to answer any question about this property, and also refused to say if $77,000
01:17PPP payment was collected from the U.S. government during COVID-19 in 2020.
01:23TV6 News also contacted a seller of the first property, who we were reliably informed by PNM Insiders,
01:29was a former executive member of the San Fernando East constituency, who resides in Florida.
01:35However, the seller did not respond to our calls or messages.
