00:05the supporters also paying tribute tonight to another former player who passed away
00:18so Lyon tried to use their disappointments on the continent to propel them domestically
00:24are going in search of their first win in this city since 1997. Immediately they've got some defending to do,
00:33he's talking about top scorer Issa Samare, he's one of those who's reparted for the second game over the top
00:43for the Lyon defence, second offside flag of the game.
00:51Next time he gets into Gizuta, he'll give three hits, just went marginally too early.
01:02He's set up, he's made a pass in to make his first turn in the evening.
01:13Gizuta, Gizuta, Gizuta, Gizuta, Gizuta, Gizuta.
01:25And we will get that open in the opening.
01:28Nice. Freedom points out to Lisa.
01:34The ball down.
01:35And they're only on ice for the ball.
01:38And they're only on ice for the ball.
01:39Passing.
01:40Mental ball away.
01:48This is for Struggetown.
01:51And a chance to get to you.
01:53Off and bounced here.
01:54It's Ali Sabata.
01:56He's got a go.
01:56And it's up.
01:58It's up to the defender.
02:00Half will have a quarter.
02:03One big sloppy for Antalya.
02:12It's up here.
02:15One go.
02:16The culprit.
02:17Top of the back three today.
02:19This is Kyle Brudash.
02:21In the quick fence.
02:23to take a flick off the
02:25boots of the defender
02:27the challenge of the
02:35debitor
02:36it is
02:43just got away from
02:55to make his first
02:56save of the match
02:57still alive
02:58a player of his quality
03:05really should score
03:06and he knows it better
03:07than anyone
03:13well Hamir Richardson
03:14turned the ball over
03:16this effort from Akenda
03:18was beaten away
03:19by the goalkeeper
03:20Taliso
03:20had so much time
03:23to set himself
03:24they've got
03:25right underneath it
03:30running at pace
03:31he's got two defenders
03:32with him
03:33oh and it's dribbled
03:34all the way
03:34across the goal line
03:35and off the post

03:39deflection
03:39by Fancy

03:44here's Tania Fico
03:45still not away
03:46from the half
03:52this is his goal
03:53and something
03:55of a sharp life
03:56in the last
03:57couple of minutes
03:59here's that
03:59Rasu
04:00Dye is down
04:03here's that last
04:04attack
04:04Kyle Goudash
04:05it looked as though
04:06really he'd run out
04:06of room
04:07but the deflection
04:08off Seko
04:09very nearly ended up
04:11in a no goal
04:14in fact a passing
04:16but a touch
04:17might well have been
04:18crucial
04:19that's put it down
04:20as a good save
04:22it's probably headed
04:23goalwards
04:25at that point on
04:26he can only
04:27sit and watch
04:29Max Binstrup
04:31towards the earlier
04:32panic
04:34no foul on Budash
04:36no foul on Budash
04:37and the half
04:38growing in confidence
04:42got another quarter
04:43off Tania Fico
04:49Rasul Mjia again to take
04:52the fire of a defender
04:54and then blazed
04:55well over the top
04:58by the young debutants
05:00Jibril Uziad
05:04Seko gonna have a blast
05:07why not
05:15that one was well
05:16wide in the end
05:17by Uziad
05:18Seko
05:18fight outside
05:24here's a chance
05:26oh Nizuta
05:30snatched at it
05:32and sliced it
05:33well wide
05:33in the end
05:38you've got to take
05:39the cap off to him
05:39he keeps
05:40keeping
05:41Laav
05:42in the top division
05:45that's going to be a foul

06:30says that will do
06:31for the opening
06:32stanza
06:34pretty good
06:35from Laav
06:35they forced
06:36a couple of
06:37opportunities
06:37one very good
06:38save from Dominic
06:39Graif
06:39with the legs

09:58he is
10:00remarkable
10:01he is
10:03captain
10:04fantastic
10:19well
10:20unfortunate for
10:22that it's a goalkeeping mistake really
10:25Lionel and Pasi who is the man of the match against Monaco on match day one
10:29went walkabout and got nowhere near the ball at least first time and then he just poured it
10:36as it bounced around into the path of the very grateful Corentan Taliso who missed one from similar range in
10:45the first half not this time
10:49and the person Grobost and the referee Francois Letecherre has been I guess you could go back to the old
10:55saying if you're not interfering with the play what are you doing on the field
11:03no doubt tell you if he goes offside but he's not involved in that play
11:23no
11:25no
11:26no
11:26no
11:27no
11:27no
11:27no
11:28no
11:29no
11:29no
11:40Goal rolled out, Paolo Fonseca doesn't count for Fada, oh that deflection could have been
11:46awkward for Npasi, didn't go behind for a corner despite the pleas of the Lyon supporters
11:56that's a good ball by Norma, set me home by Junior Mawenga, Sakiri Atacame, what a tireless performance,
12:08he was the same again, still there, oh it's there, the visitors strike through Ali Samata,
12:19with 70 minutes left to play, a bullet header from close range, and all after Lyon had had
12:32a goal by Corentin Tolisso robbed out, it was a peach of a cross from Fode Ducure and Ali Samata
12:41powered it home, and it's Lyon nil, Le Havre 1, well it was Samata's cross in the first
12:53instance, it looked to have broken down, but look at this for a cross from Ducure and Samata
12:59arriving at the back stick, no stopping that one, well they only scored two goals in the entirety of
13:15last season, the veteran Felix Basher slaloming his way through, long way out, near Kati,
13:30Tolisso, onside here, a pender, actually wasn't, flag does go up, a little belatedly,
13:36but of course that's what the referee's assistants are told to do these days,
13:42keep the flag down, let it play out, and if necessary, VAR will take over,
13:53Tolisso allowed to turn, Lyon corner, off Seko,
14:01let's see if that's about to change, Abner Vinicius with the corner, flipped it towards an air post,
14:07helped on towards the back, it's scrambled in, the equaliser arrives,
14:15it has come late on, but Lois Appenda, has his first league-earned goal, for Lyon,
14:27the first league-earned goal, in over three years in fact,
14:32and everybody around Groupama Stadium, breathing a huge sigh of relief,
14:40it wasn't the tiniest of finishes in all honesty,
14:46took a touch, off Ento and Kofi, and off Lionel and Pasi as well,
14:52but it coming, down the right-hand side, three weights in the middle, oh, and that little flick
14:59off the head of Tuba, just took it away from Pavel Schultz, still there for Abner Vinicius,
15:07crossed too deep, but it'll be driven back in, or rather sliced back in,
15:13oh, nobody took control for Lahav and Malik Fafana, could open up here,
15:18it's Josh Marger beaten away by the goalkeeper, surely there, it's in,
15:24looks like Lahav have stolen it after all, it's Sota Nakamura,
15:33with his first goal for his new club, absolutely extraordinary,
15:41Didier Diga's side, looked as though they were going to be hanging on for a point,
15:45instead, it looks like they'll leave now with all three,
15:55well, Lion defensively were undone by that lovely manoeuvre by Junior Mawanga,
16:00Josh Marger's shot was beaten away, too hard to handle,
16:04Greif did his absolute best, but couldn't deny Sota Nakamura,
16:08and Lahav take the lead for a second time,
16:20what a moment,
16:22the lead for Sota Nakamura, the late bloomer from Japan,
16:27the low knee from San Francisco Hiroshima,
16:32now, referee's been called to have a look at the screen for a second,
16:35oh, is this going to be for a hand ball against Josh Marger in the build-up,
16:42looks like it,
16:46he of course will say, off the chest,
16:51I'm not sure that angle's the best,
16:56no doubt about the skill from Mawanga, or the power of the shot from Josh Marger,
17:02I don't think there's too much wrong from there on in, but is that hand ball,
17:08going to rub out the goal,
17:11that looks like clear hand ball,
17:20it's so difficult for the officials, we're going to find out any second now,
17:27on-field announcement coming up,
17:48the goal is ruled out, and now it's Divier Degas' turn,
18:11to blow up at the...
18:13I'll scramble it away, Nakamura must run for the hills if he can,
18:16but he can't get clear, Abner Vinicius was held back,
18:21it's going to be a yellow card,
18:28and I don't think he can have too many complaints, Foude Degoure,
18:34because Abner Vinicius was away from him, and he tried to grab the jersey,
18:39Lois Apenda, here's Malik Fofana to try and win it,
18:44and he's dragged a shot wide,
18:50might that be the last opportunity, he had time to set himself,
18:59that was well wide in the end, and that is full time,
19:03at the end of a quite remarkable 90 minutes, or 97 in the end,
19:11so that's going to be it, what a match day we just had,
19:16between these two Olympique Lyonnais, dropping points,
19:20what a surprise, big upset without doubt,
19:31and the first time we've got a game,
19:31and the third time we've got back,
19:31that's going to be the best,
19:31and we'll find out,
19:31and it will be the best,
