00:04We are opposing the rezoning zone and we are very upset with all the residents behind us.

00:24This is a beautiful Ballarang Estate. They have renamed us Northridge.
00:28They have only notified very few of us that any rezoning has taken place.
00:35The information that we're getting from the council and paperwork from the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure,
00:42which is a state and also the state member that was just here, are three different versions of the rezoning.
00:51We need to have, and submissions they've said, have to be in by the 8th of September.
00:56We don't feel we have the correct information to put in submissions by everyone that is affected
01:04because a lot of them just plain don't know.
