00:32And then finally, I think this is a big one as well, putting feelers out there as to whether or
00:37not Russia might join in our economic sanctions against Iran and to stop providing information, intelligence information to Iran and
00:47also drone technology to Iran.
00:50And I think in all those aspects, it will not work. I mean, Napoleon once said, never interrupt an enemy
00:56when they're making a mistake.
