01:01First of all, there is certain information that we don't know.
01:06First, let's understand that.
01:07The Tunisian authorities, sorry, the Algerian authorities and the civil protection announced
01:14that they found 61 tires in the forest of Al-Talan.
01:18I hope I'm pronouncing it right.
01:20The forest of Al-Tain or Al-Talan in the wilayah of Bleda in Algeria.

01:30What were these tires doing in the forest?
01:33Was someone planning to set these wheels on fire?
01:37This is well known that wheels or tires or tires catch fire easily.
01:44I mean, you light them up and throw them wherever you want.
01:48Or you light them and leave them in the forest so they keep moving and start fires along their way.

03:07but the civil protection teams in Algeria are important and well-trained teams.
03:13But why weren't they able to contain it sooner,
03:16even though they did a heroic job?
03:18But in situations like this, do you just stand helpless?

03:23it's difficult to keep up with 120 or 130 kilometers of fires.

03:44with people setting them at first, or even if some fires might have started on their own.
