For the first test, I cooked and baked:
* Celebration bread
* Mini cheese toasts
* A small multigrain baguette
* Croissants
* Pre-baked bread rolls
The results were surprisingly good, especially the melted cheese toasts and croissants. I also discovered how condensation inside the cooking tube can affect the crispiness of baked food.
This is the beginning of a new solar cooking series, where I’ll experiment with different foods, temperatures and cooking techniques.
