00:02Like, I have China coming here.
00:03A lot of people say, who's the toughest one to deal with?
00:05Is it China, sir? Is it China? Is it Vietnam?
00:08I said, no, actually, it's Canada.
00:11Canada has felt emboldened.
00:14They had presidents that didn't know what was happening.
00:16Not only the last one, all of them.
00:18I mean, they just were taken into it.
00:21Our country's been taken advantage of by Canada.
00:26They took 20% of our car industry out.
00:28I don't blame them for that.
00:29But if we would have had a president that knew what was happening,
00:32nobody would have left.
00:32Now they're all coming back.
00:34All they would have had to do is charge tariffs.
00:36And they would have put tariffs on.
00:37If you build a car in Canada, you have to pay a 25% tariff.
00:42And nobody could pay.
00:43And if that didn't work, you make it 50%.
00:45Or if that didn't work, you make it 100%.
00:48And we have everybody coming.
00:50Or you stop doing business with the nation.
00:52You know, when we lose $60 to $100 billion with Canada,
00:56I could say, well, if we don't do business,
00:59because we don't need to, we have more oil and gas than they do.
01:02We have tremendous forests.
01:05We don't need their lumber.
01:06We don't need the things they have.
01:08They need what we have.
01:09They do most of their business with us.
01:12I've heard numbers 95%.
01:14Car rentals and the buses that they took,
01:17people were raving about America.
01:19They had a wonderful experience, Mr. President.
01:21We do a very small percentage.
01:23Compared to others, we do a very small percentage by comparison to that.
01:27But they need us.
01:28We don't need them.
01:29They've taken advantage of us for years.
01:31And it's time to stop.
01:33We can't lose $60 to $100 billion a year
01:37for the privilege of allowing them to make cars.
01:40We don't want their cars.
01:40It's an industry to go win that title back,
01:43to make the U.S. the world's most visited destination.
01:46We do things like that because we're fighting for our country.
01:49Canada has taken advantage of us.
01:51They have ripped us off for years.
01:52And now we're turning the tables,
01:54very easily turning the tables.
